My name is Ron Atkins and I have given myself the challenge to build the biggest recruitment group of companies in South Africa without owning any of them.
I reckon that since you found this site you are dead keen to own your own highly profitable company. We already have 6 successful branches in operation. It is my plan to have 10 to 15 independent recruitment companies in operation by December 2009.
It sounds impossible doesn't it that you could own your own agency and be in operation in two months time. I would be your mentor to ensure that you have the know-how and support you need to be very successful.
And if your mind says that it is impossible for you to own your own company then it is absolutely right!
If you think that you can't make the break from your current situation then it will never happen. It's up to you to change your attitude and you will then own your own recruitment company.
